Pricing: Pricing depends on the type of edit required and the page count for your document.

• Light Copyediting: $3.50 per page.
• Heavy Copyediting: $5.25 per page.
• Reference Review: $7 per page.

Page Count:

• For light and heavy copyediting, the page count includes all pages of your document except for the References List/Works Cited/Bibliography pages (as reference work is a separate service available to you). If you have endnotes, footnotes, or parenthetical citations in your document and you would like them to be edited as well, please request a reference review in addition to light or heavy copyediting.
• For a reference review, only the References List/Works Cited/Bibliography pages are included in the page count (endnotes, footnotes, and parenthetical citations are included in this service at no additional cost).

Page Requirements: Your page(s) must be typed, double-spaced, 12 pt font, Times New Roman, have 1” margins, and be in a Word document or a PDF. This constitutes a print-ready page or pages. Your page(s) must be print ready and not require further writing (only correction). If you think you will need feedback on your argument or help composing it, you may need a developmental editor to review your document first.

Payments: Payment is accepted via PayPal and Cash App (cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted). Payment is due once your editing request has been accepted. If payment has not been received by the time your edited pages are complete, a reminder email will be sent (as a courtesy). If payment is withheld (for any reason), your edited pages will be returned to you once full payment has been received.

Refunds: Due to the individualized nature of the copyediting and reference review services, refunds are not available.*
